Crockpot Creamy Potato & Hamburger Soup!!!

Ingredients:

°1 1/2 pound ground beef
°1 medium white onion, peeled and cut into cubes
°1 large garlic clove, minced
°6 cups chicken broth
°6 c russet potatoes
°2 c frozen vegetable mix
°3 tsp basil
°2 tsp dried parsley flakes
°1 1/2 c milk
°2 tsp cornstarch
°8 ounces cubed Velveta cheese
